Observe the dense connective tissue which sends in septa to subdivide the testis into lobules. The stroma contains blood vessels and nerves. Locate the interstitial cells of Leydig in between the tubules. Seminiferous tubules with various stages of spermatogenesis are seen. Can you identify the Sertoli cells?
