This is actually a section of the spermatic cord. In addition to the vas, locate arteries, veins, nerves and smooth muscle bundles. Note the lining epithelium - pseudostratified columnar with stereocilia on the luminal aspect of epithelial cells. The muscular wall of the vas has three layers of smooth muscle as noted before.
